The Burpee: This is perhaps the best all around home workout you can do. A few sets of these will give you that satisfied exhaustion feeling you look for in your workouts. If you are looking for an tiring 10 minute break to recharge your creative juices try this routine:
The burpee pyramid- start with 10 burpees, take a 30 second break, then 9, and repeat all the way down to 0.
The Squat: The body weight squat is a great way to get a little extra movement if you don't have a lot of space. Add a jump to it for an extra burn. Aim for 50 in one set.
The Pushup: So many variations to target different muscle groups. Try breaking your sets into 10 (without stopping) just adjust your stance. I aim for 10 regular, 10 diamond, and 10 wide, before taking a break.
The Plank: This is great if you want to play with your music while you workout. I aim for a minute at a time and build from there.
Bicycle Situps: I feel the burn around 50 on these. Great way to get a quick burst of energy.
